Accountants Office March 28^th 1799 I Certify that John Sergeant adjutant to the Oneida nation of Indians is entitled to a credit for the amount of his account admitted by the Secretary of War for the erecting of two Mills at New Stockbridge for the Oneida nation of Indians agreeably to the Treaty of the 2^d November 1794 — Dolls 1460.11 That he stands charged on the books of this Office with Warrant N^o 8717 received for the purpose building a saw & Grist mills at Stockbridge for the use of said Oneida nation of Indians D^lls 1000 — leaving a balance due the said John Sergeant of five hundred & ninety Dollars & [undecipherable] 400.11 1490.11 The Secretary of War W.
