Sir, Herbie your Waggon is on the road returning to you with two loads of various kinds, among the Stores forwarded are those mentioned in the enclosed Bill for M^r Wright which are charged to your account, the amount Thirteen Dollars and Ninety five Cents, you will please to receive of him and place to my Credit accordingly — I paid Herbie in full for his last transportation of Quarter Masters Stores, this payment enabled him to proceed without an advance. — I am, Sir, [Col.
