Accountants Office March 19. 1799 I certify that there is due to a Company of Artillerists and Engineers stationed at Fort Wolcot under the command of Captain William Littlefield the sum of five hundred tender Dollars and ten cents, being for the pay of himself Lieutenant Henry T.
