He says it was clearly his intention that the sum allowed should embrace the inspection of a complete year, it being fully equal to what you had before received for such Services for a like period, though at your request he consented to a different mode of stating your account. This I confess was my apprehension of the business, and when I consider that Several months during the fore portion of the Clothing was received and forwarded without any inspection it Strikes me that the Sum contracted for ought to embrace all the inspections made within the year.
