Sir,
I herewith transmit a Statement of the Sums to be made up in Goods, for the respective Indian Nations, which are due to them for their Annuities for the present year.
The Goods for each Tribe are to be put up in distinct packages, and marked with the denomination of the Tribe — Invoices are to be also made out of the contents of each Package; and transmitted to the Secretary of War, as well as duplicates to accompany the Goods.
