You are requested to furnish me, as ron as possible, with the names, of the Persons, you lately arrested in Northampton County or elsewhere, designating such as did not appear [strikethrough: or] to stipulations with you, at a given time and place, or discovered in any manner a disposition to resist the process of law; and also, so far as they have come to your knowledge, with the names of all and every person and persons, concerned in the rescue of your Prisoners, designating particularly, the [undecipherable] places of abode, civil authority, or military commission held in the militia or otherwise, vested in any of them, as circumstances will or may be.
