[340] Lieut Wilkinson, for his expences from 31 December 1797 to 21 January 1793 the sum of Lette 104 60 from which is to be deducted the amount of his subsistence during that period 28 — Dolls 82.60 Leaving a balance of Eighty two Dollars, sixty Cents in his favor, which sum the principle having been established by the Secretary of War for allowing him reasonable expences on said Journey.
