The balance found due to you on settlement of your Recruiting Account being Sixty three dollars & Sixty two cents (Yr inclosed Statement to your government,) you will receive from the said Nicholas Fish Esqr, Supervisor at New York — for which sum you will please to grant your duplicate receipts —
The muster Roll for the Pay & Subsistence of yourself & Recruits for the month of December 1798. has been examined. the amount thereon Receipts being One hundred & Ninety five Dollars & Thirty one Cents, will accordingly be placed to the Credit of your account on the books of this Office ——
