Sir, You will be pleased to deliver the twenty five cases said to contain five hundred muskets, with locks, mounting &c and the two Casks said to contain Sixty three thousand five hundred Flints, to the order of Samuel Hodgdon Intendant of the stores of the United States (signed) James M^cHenry Sec^y. of War New York 12^th Feb^y 1799.
