Be pleased to deliver to Lieut John McLallen of Captain Samuel Howells Volunteer Company Seventy one Rifles seventy one Bullet Moulds. Seventy one Bullet Bags and Seventy one powder Horns, and seventy one Tomahawks to be accounted for or returned at the expiration of the engagement or other discharge of the Company pursuant to the 3 Section of the supplement to the act authorizing the President to raise a provisional Army.
