I have received your letter of the 7th Inst. enclosing a Muster & Pay Roll for yourself & Recruits for December 98. which has been examined & found correct. the amount thereof being one Hundred & Ninety five Dollars & thirty one cents you will accordingly receive from Nicholas Fish Esqr Supervisor at New York, granting your duplicate receipt to be accountable for the due application thereof—
Your Receipt Roll for the month of Novemr 98 has also been examined, the amount therein receipted being one hundred and Eighty seven Dollars & ten cents will be placed to the Credit of your account on the Books of this office—
Your Recruiting Account is under examination the result whereof will be communicated to you—
