Frederick Frye the sum of thirteen hundred ninety two Dollars & 22

of the non commissioned Officers & Privates to the 31 December 1798 inclusive
which sum is to be committed to Milcom Fish Supervisor New York
to be by him paid to the said Capt Frye who is to be held accountable
for the due application thereof.
