96.25. to George Fleming, Ordnance & Military Store keeper, on account of Thomas Hughes's account for making Iron work for the Garrison at West Point from 1st October to 31 December 97
44. 9. to ditto being for pay of the Detachment of Infantry on duty of the Ordnance Department at West Point for January
203.36 for which you will be pleased to obtain the necessary receipts and the parties accountable.

Pay rolls for December & January last of the Detachment under you which has undergone the necessary examination & the following is the amount of both as stated by you exclusive of fractional parts to which add short calculated on pay of Jeremiah Millington from which deduct for overcalculations on the pay of the following men viz
