I am exceeding sorry that there has been such Mistakes in the returns and that so many articles are Missing. I have a [undecipherable] great number of returns and other papers to examine. I beg your patience a few days longer. Colonel Williams will assist Me in examining My papers he has been very much hurried or we Should have done it before now. I can not but think we shall find out The Mistakes as I am conscious I have Never suffered any article to be taken out of the Stores without a proper order.
