E. stationed at Fort Wolcott under the command of Captn Wm Littlefield the sum of One thousand &four Dollars & 65 being for the pay of himself from 1st Septr to 30 Novr 1798 & Lieutt George S Hofs for the month of September 1798 Surgts mate Thomas Fillingham & the non commissioned Officers & Privates of said company from 1 Septr to 30 Novr 1798 for retained bounty due to sixteen Recruits, which sum is to be transmitted to John S Dexter Supervisor at Providence to be by him paid to the said Captn Littlefield who is to be held accountable for the due application thereof.
