February 26.1799 of the Commissioner accountant a Warrant N^o 3734 issued by the Secretary of War for fifty dollars. in lieu of the within bill of Exchange drawn by Edward Price, Factor for the United States at Fort Wilkinson in the State of Georgia on account of the Principal Temporary agent of Indians affairs South of the Ohio for 1797 & 1798 for which sum Benj.
