I have on this day given Barclay McGhee a second set of bills payable to him or order for one thousand dollars on account of the contract of James O'Hara & Co their situation on account of the contract requiring immediate relief from me to it, the two Bills was given for a thousand dollars each at their particular request and having passed them to the credit of the Treasurer, request your duty honoring them
