Said Habersham has applied to the Incidental & Contingent expences of the War Department the sum of One hundred & twenty three Dollars & ²⁵/₁₀₀ which he has discounted out of the monies arising on Impost & Tonnage & for which he is account=able in pursuance of a Warrant to be issued in his favor by the Sec^y of [undecipherable] To which said receipt is to be annexed agreeably to the communication of the Comptroller – D^rs 123 ²⁵/₁₀₀ The Sec^y of War– N^o 3545.
