Philadelphia 12^th December 1793. Sir Since mine of this date requesting a Warrant for Twelve thousand two hundred and fifty nine Dollars and seventy nine Cents. I have accepted another Draft from the Quarter Master General for One thousand Dollars which Amount be pleased to add to the requested Warrant and let it issue for twelve thousand two hundred and fifty nine Dollars and seventy nine Cents to be charged as usual to the Quarter Master General.
