I have received your letter of the 7. instant.
As the estimate enclosed therein is for the pay of Militia which have been authorized, I shall give directions to M. Henley to draw upon me for such sums as may be necessary.
Any instructions that you may deem proper to give M. Henley for disbursement of the same you will be pleased to prepare and forward —
