Sir
I have received your letter of the 10th Ultimo, by Captain Wallace In consequence of it I have shipped to you about three thousand two hundred Musket Stocks, for Connecticuts use three thousand on your own acc, and two hundred for Nathan Elliotts agreeably to the Secretary of the Treasurys letter — The Vessel could receive no more — at least you can not make an accurate calculation when you engaged to carry 4200 — the remaining 1000 in your order may, be sent to New York at any time, or delivered in any the way you think best — I hope those Stocks will go safely and speedily to hand —
