Philadelphia 6th December 1793.
Sir
In addition to the Articles shipped by Captain Dunn for Oswego to your address I have put on board four Hogsheads containing Clothing for the Troops at Niagara as you will perceive by the enclosed Bill of Lading, these also you will forward with all possible dispatch to Albany to the address of Captain Houden who will receive particular directions respecting them by post— If the water communication should be impeded you will forward the whole by land as it is of the utmost consequence to get the Clothing to both Posts without a moments delay—
I have heard nothing from you relative to the Rhode Island Pattern Muskets.
