Blackburn, Lieutenants John Saunders and James Triplett, Cadets Peter Hamlin and Thomas Blackburn, the non Commissioned Officers and Privates under the command of Capt Blackburn Stationed at Fort Norfolk, the Sum of Three hundred thirty nine dollars and ninety Cents being for his and their pay for June 1797 and for ballance of Bounty due to Timothy Merrills, Henry Kent & Peter Johnson Privates which sum is to be transmitted to Edward Carrington, Supervisor Virginia, and to be by him paid to the said Capt. Blackburn who is to be accountable for the due application thereof.
