Department of War Accountants Office December 4^th 1793 N^o Sir I have received your Letter of the 3^d Inst. enclosing Muster & Pay Roll, pay account & Receipts for the month of November 1793 which have been examined & found correct the amount thereof being one hundred & Eighty Seven dollars & six cents you will accordingly receive from Nicholas Fish Esq^r Supervisor at New York granting your explicit receipts to be accountable for the due application thereof.
