Sir,
Herewith you will receive a copy of James Wilson's deposition taken on the 23d of October last before John Gibson; also a letter annexed thereto dated the 9th Ultimo from Edward Day late Deputy Commissary to the Army of the United States, to the Comptroller of the Treasury; both relating to the accompts of James O'Hara Esquire, Contractor for supplying the said Army with provisions.
I likewise transmit enclosed, a copy of my letter to Mr O'Hara dated the 19th of October last with copies of the statements numbered 1 and 2 therein referred to.—
