Nov^r 1798 Dear Sir From the operation of a variety of causes the vessel sailed without the necessary papers & I am now obliged to enclose them to you direct. you will see the necessity of taking measures to receive the Stores at George Town & get them on to the Works. It seems as though the fates had added to all hazards, for so so small a business I never knew more confusion. We will however get right at last, adieu in great haste.
