I hope my Letter of the 19th Ultimo with its Inclosures has reached you, and also I hope the Balance due me may be forwarded as early as possible —
Doctor Hugh Scott urges his claim to Pay on the Authority of Genl Wilkinson's Order, and therefore I have to beg of you to take the trouble of obtaining the Secretary of War's decision on that Business — Blank rolls are wanted. Captain Turner being tolerably successfull in recruiting his Company; Money is wanted for that Service. —
