Sir With this you will receive the Storekeepers statement of the Clothing delivered since the commencement of the present year which embraces the two Contracts made with M^r Billington to which your letter alludes; you will find many more of some articles delivered than received of him under those contracts, and less of others to account for this it is proper to mention that the surplus remained on hand from former Contracts, and the others remaining in Store, now waiting for deficient Articles as mentioned in my last communication — I am Sir Your Most Obed^t Servant Samuel Hodgdon James McHenry Esq.
