Sir,
The Officers and Witnesses, who were summon-ed, and attended the Late Military Courts, held at the City of Trenton in the State of New Jersey, are to be allowed, the expenses of their board and lodging, and reasonable travelling expenses, in coming to, and returning from Trenton, deducting from the accounts of the Officers their subsist-ence.
The Gentleman who acted as Judge Advocate, is in like manner to be allowed, for his board, and reasonable travelling expenses.
