The order shall be completed with [undecipherable] the stores on the way in three days - such Articles as are ordered of which there is now suitable on hand, will be purchased, and the account thereof together with the expense of Transportation rendered at the end of the present quarter. When I forwarded my returns and accounts, I did not tell you that I had recd some damaged clothing from Capt. Lewis - These articles being entirely unfit for service.
