Sir,
Inclosed is the Administration of [undecipherable] Kusper with a power of Attorney for you to receive the pay due from the United States to her son who died in the Service — I mentioned Mr Kusper to you when I had the pleasure of seeing you last in Philadelphia when you was good enough to promise your attention to his business.
