I have enclosed a general Return of the Ordnance and Military Stores at this Post, — I am in great want of Clothing for the Garrison — The Secretary of War informed me as long ago as July, that he had ordered you to forward to me a quantity of Cloathing and some Serjeants & Musicians Swords — I have heard nothing from you, not even a Letter or Invoice accompanied the twenty Tents which I received sometime since. —
