It is not usual to Pay Bills until presented and examined — this privilege I shall expect in the present case — when examined if approv'd I shall want a receipt and as you do not come into the City it will necessarily be postpon'd — I presume you do not charge for the delivery of letters since the removal of the Office — When I have the account I shall be informed of this — Payment is ready any moment after the necessary forms are attended to
