Dear Sir,
Since I have been the Father of Children, or the head of a Family such times as these I have never, experienc'd, was a misfortune to happen in my family, I sincerely tell you true when I say that I have not as much Money, that would pay for an Interment, Relying Sir on your Friendship which I have so often experienc'd, I have taken the liberty, to Send in my acount, nothing but necessity cou'd induce me to trouble you at this time, If it is posible to pafs my Amount I shall consider it as the greatest favour, I cou'd experience If it cannot be pafs'd, A Note on the Acount, that it will be paid when the War Office returns to the City, will enable me perhaps to borrow Money, or in any way you may think proper.
