I will thank you to inform me what number of rough Gun Stocks, can be transported in a [undecipherable] to Hartford in Connecticut — and what would be the expence of delivering any given number into the public Stores at Springfield — Also whether in the present State of that City [undecipherable] Phila[strikethrough: a] [undecipherable] V[undecipherable] could be expected to go to Hartford.
