Rob[ertson,] Surgeons Mate Frederick Dalcho, (including forage), and the non Commissioned Officers & Privates of said detachment for July and August 1798. which Sum is to be transmitted to Danill Stev[ens] Supervisor at Charleston to be by him paid to the said Capt.
