I have in my possession a Draft on you for two thousand Dollars payable at ten days sight, Drawn by Isaac Craig & [undecipherable] in favor of Jas Nevill — as I have no opportunity of presenting the order for payment with out risking it in [undecipherable] I conceived it best to advise you of it in this way. I am not [undecipherable] on receiving ten days will elapse before I see you, that the ten days would not be insisted on after Presentment, especially as it is Public Money for which I am Accountable
