Document 1798Order that suspended the settlement of Capt. Miller's personal accounts until the Secretary of War can determine if sums equal to the bounty due Maj. Cushing and Col. Mentges men should be deducted from Miller's account total. Requested Simmons to notify the Sec. of War of the pay due the men mustered under Miller.
