Philadelphia 7^th September 1798 Sir By post this morning, I am favoured with yours of the 30^th ultimo. I thank you sincerely for your solicitude on account of me and mine. We all remain in this City & through the protection of a kind providence enjoy health, the melancholy state of our City notwithstanding. Colonel John Moylan died this morning, and this moment I am informed M^r Fenno the Printer is taken ill, this will account for your receiving no Papers. his wife died on the 4^th inst, and his press is silent. My letter of the 30^th ultimo informs you the Books are on their way to you, all but one, & that I have since obtained and will forward shortly. The drafts shall be honord.
