I Certify that there is due to two detachments of Troops attached to Fort McHenry under the command of Capt Morris allowing the sum of five hundred and thirty five dollars this being for the pay of [undecipherable] incents [undecipherable] delivered by Samuel V. Cayton to the non Commissioned officers and privates of the said detachment for the month of August 1793 which sum is to be transmitted to John Kelly Supervisor Baltimore & to be by him paid to the said Capt Morris.
