Doctor Enoch Hazard of this Town, is Solicitious to enter into the service of the United States in the line of [undecipherable] — and being disposed to promote his wishes in this respect, I beg leave to recommend him to your notice, He is a young gentleman of respectable family and connections who has enjoyed all the advantages of a liberal and medical education. He sustains an unblemished reputation, and appears to be desirous to inform and distinguish himself.
