I thought it best, however, to send on the other parts of Clothing, and trust, to another opportunity for forwarding the deficient Articles. The Contractor promises a supply shortly. I am aware that it will take time to procure suitable materials for the necessary repairs, and that the season is wasting, and these considerations will oblige me to call his attention again to the business.
