I have received your letter dated 27 Inst enclosing the Bills sometime since presented for acceptance — a warrant has this day issued in your favor for the payment amounting to six thousands one hundred & thirty Dollars — the warrant will be remitted by the Treasurer of the United States to the Cashier of the Bank of the United States to be paid to you on your giving the necessary receipts — You will accordingly on receipt of this make the proper application —
