at Fort Norfolk in Virginia under the command of Captr Richard
Blackburn the sum of six hundred fifteen Dollars & [undecipherable] being for the
pay of himself & his Company including forage & Surgeons Mate William

month of July 1792 which sum is to be transmitted to Edward
Carrington supervisor Richmond to be by him paid to the said
