Sir I have received your letter of the 6 Instt forwarding muster & pay rolls of the Garrison at Fort Wolcot to the 31 July last & also your subsistence account from 1.st April to 30 June 1798 which have undergone the necessary examination and differ from your statement in the sum of ninety one Dollars & 60/100 arising as follows:—
