SIR,
IN pursuance of the authority of your letter of the 6th day of April. 1798 I have drawn a duplicate sett of bills of exchange on you, No. 273. dated at Cincinnati the 21. day of August 1798 at ten days sight, in favor of Alexander Parker or order for the sum of One Thousand dollars, on account of the pay of the army for 1798.
