Recd your Letter of the 9th Instt with the Bill inclosed, together with the hhdy Box & Bale marked to me, & a like Supply marked to Lieut Knight. which I sent on to Chester town immediately. —
The expence of Transportation from Dover to Chester town, was three pounds; whither there is any thing to pay for the Conveyance from [strikethrough: Phi] Philadelphia to Frederica or from thence to Dover I know not, as I have neither seen the Shallop man or Owner of the Waggon that brought them.
