Enclosed are two Statements of your Accounts, one from the Accountant shewing a balance due you of 9[undecipherable] doll. the other any Account shewing a balance due from you to me of 299 doll. & [undecipherable] you will carefully examine both, and if found right, you will take measures to reimburse what is due to me, or if errors are discovered in either Statement you will point them out that the Accounts may be finally adjusted.
Your order for 177[undecipherable] Doll. has been presented and paid — I have no advice with the draft, nor can I tell what department to charge it to, untill I receive your vouchers Write me fully on each subject immediately.
