I Certify that there is due to a detachment of the 1 Regiment of Infantry stationed at this point under the direction of George Fleming Military Store keeper for the service of the Ordnance Department, the sum of sixty eight Dollars & 00 being for the pay of the non commissioned officers & Privates of said detachment for the month of July 1798 which sum is to be transmitted to Nicholas Fish, supervisor New York to be by him paid to the said George Fleming who is to be held accountable for the due application of the same.
