I transmit you a list of Invalid Pensioners for the State of Massachusetts, with my warrant thereon for the payment of their pensions from the Fifth of March, to the Fourth of September 1798, inclusive. The Secretary of the Treasury will furnish you the necessary funds to pay said Invalids. You will please transmit to this Department, in the beginning of December next, a return of any deaths, or removals, that may then have come to your knowledge. I am Sir, your most obed^t Servant.
